★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ★ The maximum occupancy of the property is ___3__ persons, excluding up to four non-overnight visitors. No overnight guests other than those listed in the booking are permitted. If it is found there are overnight guests more than those listed in the original booking, it will result in an additional fee of $30 per extra person per night.
★ DO NOT DISCONNECT DEVICES ★. Do disconnect the doorbell camera, the noise monitoring, or the internet devices. If you are having issues with the internet, reach out to use immediately. Any disconnection of these devices without reaching out to us, will result in immediate cancelation of your reservation without refund.

★ RENTER’S AGREEMENT★ The Guest is required to sign the Renter's Agreement.
★DRIVER'S LICENSE/IDS AND BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS★: This property requires copies of Driver's Licenses (IDs) and a background screening for all members of the rental party aged 18 and older who will be occupying the property. Guests will receive a link to the secure portal to upload their IDs and complete the reservation requirements.
★ GUEST PRE-CHECK-IN ★ Guest will receive a “Guest Pre-Check-in" message via the booking platform or an email to add booking details, IDs, and signed the rental agreement to finalize the booking. It is important to complete this before your stay starts to prevent delays in accessing to the property.
★SECURITY DEPOSIT★ A Security deposit of $300 is required. The host will process the deposit on the Guest's credit card. The Security Deposit will be a temporary hold against the Guest's credit card, which will be processed three days before check-in and released within seven days after check-out. (Please note the security deposit is not applicable Airbnb bookings due to Aircover coverage).
